A new committee structure was approved last week by both the Cattlemen’s Beef Board and the Federation of State Beef Councils during the 2012 Cattle Industry Summer Conference.
I had a chance to talk with both Polly Ruhland, CEO of the Beef Board and Jennifer Houston, Region II Vice President for the Federation of State Beef Councils, about the new structure.
