The tropical rains, which dropped quite a bit of moisture in South Alabama and North Florida, have also been working their way into parts of Georgia. But the trend thus far this season seems to be right back to just scattered showers in the cotton growing areas of the state, and Georgia Cotton Commission’s Richey Seaton said growers would love to see more general rainfalls again.
