Grower Tom Mack attended seminars on olives and mechanical harvesting earlier this year in Lake Alfred, and has decided to plant some olives on frozen citrus land. He tells why he chose olives over other possible alternative crops, and how he’ll harvest and market them if he can grow fruit.
