U.S. beef, pork and lamb exports set new records in 2011 so when it comes to this year, U.S. Meat Export Federation Chairman Danita Rodibaugh is not sure we’ll quite see the percentage levels as last year, but it’s still been a good year thus far with more opportunities still possible.
