Just weeks after HLB, or greening disease, was confirmed in Texas, Texas citrus growers, researchers and regulators are spending two days in the Sunshine State learning how Florida is managing HLB. Harold Browning, chief operations officer for Florida’s Citrus Research and Development Foundation, helped set up the Texans’ visit and provides an overview in the first report.
