Senate Ag Committee Chair Debbie Stabenow has said that the bipartisan framework developed earlier this year will serve as a strong foundation moving forward with the 2012 Farm Bill. House Ag Committee Chair Frank Lucas agrees that they were able to accomplish a lot of good work in a very short period of time, but says with the Farm Bill now returning to regular order, he’s not sure what form it may take.
