National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Immediate Past President Steve Foglesong testified this week about the issue of farm dust in support of the Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act of 2011. He said ranchers are pleased EPA has decided not to propose to lower the standard for coarse particulate matter this year but the issue is far from resolved.
