At Least One Florida Citrus Firm Is Happy With H-2A For Labor

Many Florida citrus growers and harvesters have long declared that the federal H-2A program, which allows the use of foreign workers in groves, is very difficult to use. Judy Wertz-Strickland expressed the opposite opinion when she spoke at the recent Citrus Expo.
