US Drought Monitor Hits Record in July & Cotton Crop Condition Still Suffering

The US Drought Monitor shows a record amount of the US experienced exceptional drought during the month of July. And USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey gives us an update on how all that the heat and dry conditions are affecting the crop condition for the cotton crop.
