We told you yesterday the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the Florida Cattlemen’s Association filed a lawsuit challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s determination letter and final rule establishing numeric nutrient criteria for waters in Florida. But FCA President Jim Strickland said there is no reason to believe the numeric nutrient criteria rule is strictly a Florida issue.
