FL Plant to get Dollars for Biofuels Project

In Florida, the INEOS New Planet BioEnergy, LLC. in Vero Beach has been selected to receive a $75 million loan guarantee to construct and operate a bio-refinery capable of producing 8 million gallons-per-year of cellulosic ethanol.
