Many topics are being discusssed at the 2011 Cattle Industry Convention in Denver including the beef checkoff and how dollars are down due to declining cattle numbers. CEO of the Cattlemen’s Beef Board Tom Ramey said that is also coupled with the fact the dollar just does not go nearly as far as it did back when the checkoff first started.
