The Georgia Cotton Commission’s annual meeting and UGA Cotton Production Workshop is underway at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center. Various breakout sessions are taking place right now and will be repeated this afternoon, with GCC’s annual meeting set to start at 10:00. I talked with Richey Seaton who explains what the event is all about.
Various booths are set up for growers to learn more about certain products and information about the cotton industry. That includes Monty Bain with the Cotton Board, just one of many attending this year’s event.
