Florida specialty crop producers are really sending out 2010 with a bang as they have just experienced their third freeze during this last month of December. But both USDA Meteorologist Eric Luebehusen and Bell Glade farmer Rick Roth note that the frigid temperatures aren’t the only things wreaking havoc on their crops.
