Agribusiness professionals who want to know more about the latest technology that keeps their machinery running and productive can explore their interests in depth at AG CONNECT Expo 2011. The agriculture trade show today announced the addition of an International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE) exhibit pavilion, sponsored by the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA).
AG CONNECT Expo is slated for January 8-10, 2011 (Preview Day January 7, by special admission) at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The event is a world-class trade show, offering not only the latest innovations, products, services and technology and access to industry experts, but also quality learning and networking opportunities.
NFPA’s own show, IFPE (to be held March 22-26, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV), is a key supporting organization and participant who will showcase the latest fluid power innovations, products, services and technology in all agriculture sectors and offer access to leading worldwide industry experts.
“The IFPE pavilion is an ideal opportunity for producers of all sizes to examine the newest high-tech components, parts and accessories to power their operations. And show exhibitors also benefit from the chance to interact with new and existing suppliers,” stated Sara Truesdale Mooney, AG CONNECT show director. Mooney encourages attendees and exhibitors to check out the show’s online Exhibitor Directory, which has a special section for components suppliers, including fluid power suppliers.
NFPA’s diverse membership represents the full spectrum of the fluid power industry: hydraulic and pneumatic; large and small; manufacturer, distributor, supplier and educator. According to Eric Lanke, NFPA’s executive director, the association sees AG CONNECT Expo 2011 as an opportunity for fluid power agricultural customers and the fluid power industry to explore ways they can benefit each other.
“IFPE has co-located with CONEXPO-CON/AGG in the construction sector and this show continues to be a superior context for building alliances and bringing customers and suppliers together. AG CONNECT is an opportunity to connect with those who produce and depend on fluid power in agriculture,” Lanke said.
The IFPE Pavilion will offer AG CONNECT attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to see cutting-edge components, systems and controls for high-tech agriculture equipment applications. Attendees will be able to interview experts in hydraulics, which will add great value to their Atlanta visit, noted Mooney.
