AL NRCS Utilizing Recovery Act to Enhance Conservation Efforts

The Alabama Natural Resources Conservation Service was able to put funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to good use as district conservationist, Alex Vaughan, says the program assisted them in extending their conservation efforts.
