A lesser reported on candidate for Florida’s Commissioner of Agruculture and Consumer Services, Independent Thad Hamilton, appeared with others at the recent Ag Institute of Florida Candidates Forum in Orlando. We’ve given a good deal of coverage to the two major party candidates, so running into Thad at the Forum, we decided to get and share some of his thoughts about this race. By the way, in the straw poll taken during the “Forum” Hamilton got 5 votes among the crowd, compared to just 3 for Democrat Scott Maddox, and 142 for Republican Adam Putnam.
