Yesterday we heard from Cattlemen’s Beef Board Secretary-Treasurer Robert Fountain Jr. concerning the findings of a routine compliance review of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association by an independent CPA firm. Today I had a chance to talk with CBB Chair Dan Dierschke about the review findings and the fact that NCBA has expressed disappointment discussions of these findings didn’t occur prior to the release of the final report to the media.
