Vilsack Believes Crop Insurance Agreement Will Be Signed

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack believes that the final draft of the Standard Reinsurance Agreement will be signed. This despite efforts by numerous senators who sent a letter urging the USDA’s Risk Management Agency to consider further important changes to the agreement.
