Florida Beef Council members meeting in Kissimmee mid week reviewed and approved a number of beef promotions and outreach activities upcoming. Thanks to producer checkoff dollars, targeted beef promotions will include media outreach and 
professional interaction with chefs, dietitians, foodservice and educational communities. One special feature promotion will include a weeks-long radio and event promotion and a regional “iron chef” competition in conjunction with the Florida Home and Garden Show in central Florida.
