The new canker rule expanding the market for fresh Florida citrus is the hottest topic in the Indian River citrus district, but water issues are also important, Indian River Citrus League Executive Vice President Doug Bournique says in the first report.
In the second report, Bournique says the League is “bouncing around” the idea of forming pest control districts that could help growers control insect problems.
