Shaun Fulford joins Florida Farm Bureau staff

Shaun Fulford Shaun Fulford has joined Florida Farm Bureau Federation as the Young Farmer & Rancher Leadership Group/Women’s Leadership Committee Coordinator. She will be responsible for providing and coordinating opportunities for education and leadership development for young Farm Bureau members. In addition, she will also work closely with the Florida Farm Bureau women’s program, which supports the organization through activities at the county, state and national levels. Shaun will serve as an advisor to the Farm Bureau Collegiate Chapter at the University of Florida as well as coordinate the organization’s annual meeting.

“I am looking forward to working with the young farmers and ranchers and the women in order to continue to develop strong Farm Bureau leaders and help promote agriculture across the state,” Fulford said.

Fulford received her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership from the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications at the University of Florida. Prior to employment with Florida Farm Bureau, Shaun taught at Belleview High School. She is a founding member of Florida Agri-Women, a charter member of the Sigma Alpha sorority at the University of Florida and a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta honorary agricultural fraternity.

The Florida Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest general-interest agricultural association with about 138,000 member-families statewide.
