A recent Sunset Review Process report by the Office of Program Policy Analysis & Government Accountability (OPPAGA) is stirring things up some at grass roots levels, as grower groups and others in Florida’s citrus industry voice support for the marketing efforts of the Florida Department of Citrus (FDOC).
