FL Fresh Citrus Awaits USDA Shipping Rules

As Florida’s fresh citrus growers, packers and shippers await the new shipping rules from USDA for next season pertaining to canker protocols for packing and shipping, Florida Citrus Packers Spokesman Richard Kinney comments on things that MIGHT be expected in this report.
