Conservation programs available through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) are helping to assist landowners recovering from Hurricane Michael. Bill Northey, Under Secretary for Food Production and Conservation, says this assistance is available through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program.
