Conservation easement programs were discussed Thursday morning during a tour held at Blackbeard’s Ranch in Manatee County. The ranch is restoring and protecting critical wetlands through USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service’s Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP).
