Slightly Higher U.S. Hog Inventory

The USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) reported last Friday that as of March 1st, the U.S. Hog Inventory was slightly higher than a year ago. The Quarterly Hogs and Pigs Report indicates as of March 1, 2023 there were 72.9 million hogs and pigs.
