The event will be conducted in partnership with the American Peanut Council, bringing together producers, processors, exporters, and industry partners for three days of collaboration and strategic planning.

During the session, National Peanut Board members and partners will focus on advancing the organization’s mission to improve the economic conditions of U.S. peanut farmers and their families through strong promotion, research, and education efforts.

Among the major agenda items:

  • Election and board approval of new officers for 2026
  • Development of the 2026 strategic plan
  • Review of 2024 crop-year checkoff compliance and fund collection
  • Updates on the export promotion program, with the American Peanut Council presenting a detailed overview of peanut export initiatives and current global market performance

Another exciting topic on the agenda will be the expansion of the Health Nut Club, a nationwide college outreach initiative designed to engage younger generations and put peanuts on the minds of future consumers.

The National Peanut Board continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening the U.S. peanut industry through its checkoff-funded efforts in marketing, research, and education. As the board prepares for the upcoming year, the Winter Conference will set the tone for continued growth, innovation, and global competitiveness in 2026.
