At Alabama Livestock Auctions, for the week ended- June 6, 2025, receipts at 16 markets totaled 9,034 head compared to 7,757 last week and 10,699 last year. Compared to last week: Slaughter cattle sold 1.00 to 6.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 2.00 to 6.00 lower, feeder heifers sold steady to 3.00 lower, feeder bulls sold unevenly steady. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady. Year-to-date receipts totaled 200,171 compared to 217,453 last year.
