The History of the Beef Checkoff

For many years now, cattle producers here in the Southeast and across the country have seen their product promoted through various efforts by the Beef Checkoff. AgNet Media’s Will Jordan recently caught up with Sarah Metzler with the Cattlemen’s Beef Board (CBB) to discuss how the Checkoff works.
