The Florida Beef Council (FBC) continues their preparations for a big Beef Checkoff promotional event coming in February. Several folks from other states will be coming in to help out during the “Beef It’s What’s For Dinner 300” at the Daytona International Speedway. FBC Director of Education & Promotion, DeAnne Maples, is excited to be involved in this race for the third year in a row.
