2022 looks to be another busy year for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) in their efforts on various issues for the nation’s cattle farmers and ranchers. One of those issues concerns lab grown meat, and NCBA Sr. Executive Director of Government Affairs, Danielle Beck, recently provided an update on keeping the term “beef” to be used strictly by products derived from livestock raised by farmers and ranchers.
