A fun way for the Alabama Beef Checkoff to get beef and beef recipes in front of consumers is through cooking segments on TV. According to Alabama Cattlemen’s Association (ACA) Director of Education and Outreach Ali Cantrell, that’s exactly what they are doing in Mobile and other markets across the state.
