The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) extended the deadline for agricultural producers to apply for the Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) program to April 9. As Tyron Spearman reports, this program assists the producers whose eligible crops suffered quality losses to qualifying natural disasters in 2018 and 2019.
