USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) has announced that signup for the Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) program is underway. This new program provides assistance to producers who suffered eligible crop quality losses due to natural disasters occurring in 2018 and 2019. FSA Administrator Richard Fordyce told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman that QLA is an extensive of WHIP-Plus.
