The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) held its virtual Strategic Planning Conference last week and new USMEF chairman, Pat Binger of Cargill Protein, says there will be a lot of challenges in the upcoming year, but also opportunities for red meat exports. Micheal Clements has the story.
