February is Heart Month and the Florida Beef Council (FBC) is reminding folks about the benefits of lean beef. FBC Director of Education & Promotion, DeAnne Maples, talks about some of those benefits. But first she mentions they will be well represented this week during the Cattle Industry Convention in San Antonio, Texas.
