New opportunities for the U.S. pork industry have risen in Hong Kong due to African swine fever (ASF). The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is utilizing funding support from the National Pork Board and the USDA Market Access Program to help fill the gap. Joe Schuele has the details.
