Last week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released the results of the 2017 Census of Agriculture, which spans some 6.4 million new points of information about America’s farms and ranches and those who operate them. And Stephanie Ho has a story explaining what crops are being planted more and which are being planted less compared to five years earlier.
