With 2018 winding down, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue recently applauded many of the accomplishments made this past year by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. One of those was the recent signing of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, otherwise known as the 2018 farm bill.
