Alabama agricultural producers affected by Hurricane Michael are being reminded that the special financial assistance signup for those who suffered damage to working lands and livestock mortality ends Friday, Nov. 9.
This assistance, through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program, is available to individual farmers and ranchers to aid in recovery efforts on their properties and does not apply to local governments or other entities.
