Many people may not realize that milk-fed veal calves are raised significantly different today. Back in 2007, the American Veal Association (AVA) set a goal to completely move to group housing over a ten-year period and since then, AVA members have researched the best facilities to provide optimal care and the financial resources to make it happen by the end of 2017.
