Cattleman Testifies on NAFTA

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s (NCBA) President-elect Kevin Kester, a fifth-generation California rancher, testified this week before the Office of U.S. Trade Representative about the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). NCBA’s Ed Frank talked with him about those discussions.
