Outgoing ACA President Bill Lipscomb hands the gavel to new President Richard Meadows
Cattle producers from across Alabama are in Montgomery for the annual Alabama Cattlemen’s Association (ACA) Convention and Trade Show. During today’s events, Richard Meadows from Houston County officially took over as ACA president. He told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman that he looks forward to the upcoming year.
