U.S. Beef Cuts Doing Well in Asia

usmefDuring the recent U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) strategic planning conference, USMEF members received an update on how meats cuts were doing in various areas we export to. And according to Joel Haggard, USMEF senior vice president for the Asian-Pacific, U.S. beef exports are doing well in that region.
