Farm Bureau Discussing Next Farm Bill

Discussions are already taking place about the next farm bill. American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall says the dairy and cotton programs in the 2014 bill are not working and need fixes, as does the bill’s revenue coverage program, Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC).
