USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Florida wants to remind farmers and livestock producers about the various federal farm programs that may be available to help those who experienced heavy rains, flooding and other qualifying natural disaster events related to Hurricane Matthew. Florida FSA Executive Director Rick Dantzler says their state emergency board is meeting Thursday morning.
