As recovery efforts continue along the gulf coast from the effects of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, a three year strategy has been announced to improve water quality and ecosystem health along the five state region. Here’s USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service Chief Jason Weller.
