The Federal Aviation Administration’s new operational rules for routine commercial use of small unmanned aircraft systems became effective one month ago. But agriculture producers and other users of unmanned aerial systems can apply for a waiver or exemption from some parts of the new rule. Rod Bain has more information about those exemptions.
