nccCongress did return to work this week, but whether they are in session or on recess, organizations like the National Cotton Council are working to protect U.S. agriculture’s interests in Washington. Robbie Minnich, NCC senior government relations representative, explains one of the ways the Council works to relieve the regulatory burden placed on U.S. farmers.
